Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from China.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times are: Asia 2–8 business days, Australia 4–10 business days, and United States, UAE & International 5–15 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, tracking will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Do I need to pay customs or duties?
International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local country.

Are the flowers real?
No, our flowers are plush soft floral stems designed to last forever.
Are they toys or décor?
They are designed for gifting, styling, display and gentle imaginative play.
How do I clean them?
Spot clean gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Will each flower look exactly the same?
Slight variations in shape, stitching, placement and colour may occur due to the soft sculptural nature of each stem.

Can I return my order?
We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect selections unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and help.
